Start Software
Enter Post Code
Enter Password
Click on Add Article


Add Title to your article
You can add 4 articles Per Session and up to 15 articles per 24 hour period.
IMPORTANT: Title of your First Article will be the Name of your account. E.g.
www.geocities.com/Your-Niche-Name/
So choose this first article title wisely. This is what you want to rank well for.
In the body of this window add your article or webpage in html only.
You can add text though it will not be formatted correctly
Make sure if you use articles you put links to your own site and its internal pages in the
relevant keywords or key phrases throughout your article.
Enter the main URL that want links to in the Enter URL: field.


Click on Add New Article

Then in main software click on Start




This will bring up a capture image to create your yahoo account.
Then another to create your GeoCities.com account.



Once the software has finnished it will present you with the links to your projects.
please record the account names for future reference. If or when these pages gain PR.
You can come back at any time to edit the links in these webpages.

with this geoexplosion, I find that no GeoCities.com account is created after yahoo.
Please advise.

Hi Chris

you'll need to supply more information.

most likely you'll need to change the title of the first article

the title of the first article becomes the username to be created.

plus make sure your using the correct zip code

read up on the other posts in this forum about the the GEO software

I created one GEO page, but find out there are some mistakes in that page. I want to modify it. When I manually log into my GEO account, I don't know where I can edit my GEO page.

Can you help?

I don't understand "Enter Post Code". What do you mean by "post code" ? is that our postal code or zip code ? Please clarify!

Hi, I have just purchased GEO authority, but am having a problem.

I enter the articles etc, my zipcode, press start, I see the first captcha and enter it, but then the software just hangs. I have tried everything mention in these forums but nothing seems to work ??

Edit : I read in another post by Peter "yahoo knows your ip.. it knows roughly were your located, so you supply a zip code to suit

can use the same one every time"

I am UK based, so does this mean the software is useless for me ??

Ok, a quick update on this as I've heard nothing back !!

I "pushed" GEO explosion through my private proxy list and it now works, so it looks like this will not work if you are coming from the Non US, unless you pass it through a proxy service..

With all that said, I really like this software, quick and easy

What if I dont have a geocities account ?

I am guessing that the account ID is what the software created
by using your article title then adding a few letters after that.
Correct?

But what password do I use to login to geocities ?

And since I dont have an account, where would they send the
password reminder?

When I try to login to geocities, I get a yahoo.com page.

In other words....
Can someone provide step by step info please.

Hey Pete,

Long time no speak. How's it going?

I'm having a problem with this and I really, really want to get it working. The second captcha image isn't showing ... I get an error message:

"We're sorry, but no image is available at this time. PLease try again later"

Well I've tried again later lots of times and its still not working. I am using a US based proxy and am using the relevant zip code. Its a little frustrating ... any thoughts?
