Support for People who have purchased from resellers

You have been churning out GREAT software one after the other. I absolutely love each and every software you have been releasing.
I have purchsed 2 products directly from you but others from resellers. I am facing some problems with .NET framework. I have gone through many threads on this section and you have mentioned about informing you the transaction ID and then you PM details of the software that doesn't require .NET framework. Can you please let me know how I can avail of this support?
You are definitely making all software viral by adding your links to the bottom, but, I guess you can make them more viral by asking for registration with you when people start using it for the first time. I am sure you would have thought about this. Don't know the reason for not implementing it. I am sure there must be a strong reason.
But, I see a benefit to the end user, those who are registered with you can get the messages directly about updates and bug fixes. This will be a Great help to everyone who are using your amazing software.
So, please let me know how I can get support on the software that are not working for me.
