How Do You Use The Forum Search

I wanted to know what the
"TAS user account"
is.

I searched the forum on
tas
"tas user account"
tas and user and account
tas & user & account

and was not able to get anything meaningful.

So there are two things really -
1. what is the TAS user account ? (and where do i set it/them ?)
2. how do you do exact-match phrase forum searches ?

TAS stands for "The Article Sense Network" and can be found at
thearticlesense dot com.

(i still haven't figured out how to do EXACT-PHRASE forum searches tho')
