Why Do I Get The Wrong Screen In Extreme Live Blog Automator?

I obtained the software Extreme Live Blog Automator. The instructions say at one point to click the start button & a certain screen will appear. However, when I click start, a different screen appears.

It's a screen for signing up with Windows Live. I already am signed up with them and don't want to sign up again. Why does this screen keep coming up & how do I get the proper one?
